Question 1

Who is Elite Realty Hub for?

Accepted Answer

Brokerages and teams that want one platform for every agent, listing, transaction and lead. Individual agents can join through a brokerage or a team package.

Question 2

How is it priced?

Accepted Answer

Brokerages pay per seat at $99 per agent per month. Team packages, brokerage licenses, add-ons and white-label options are quoted to fit your size.

Question 3

Does it make my brokerage compliant with buyer-agreement rules?

Accepted Answer

No software can guarantee compliance. Buyer Passport supports the buyer-agreement and showing-eligibility steps your state, MLS and brokerage require by tracking signed agreements and gating showing requests. It is configurable to your brokerage's approved forms, and your broker and counsel decide what is required. This is not legal advice.

Question 4

What is the founding agents pilot?

Accepted Answer

A small group of agents uses the Today screen, lead inbox and deal timeline in their real week and tells us what to fix. We track weekly active agents, time to first response, follow-ups completed and deals with overdue milestones, and share those numbers with you. No results are promised.

Question 5

Is the market tape real listing data?

Accepted Answer

No. The tape, dashboards and figures on this page are illustrative samples. Licensed MLS/IDX feeds connect only after your MLS and broker approve them.

Question 6

Can we put our own brand on it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. White label is available for brokerages and franchises. Ask for a quote on the demo call.
